2,500,000 RDINI sold through Private Placement - July 2022

We sold 2,500,000 RDINIs through a private placement at a 20% discount from our current price of 0.025 Algo. As part of the bulk and discount agreement, the buyer undertook to lock the full 2,500,000 RDINI under an escrow until January 31, 2023. The buyer is  party related to the development of the Initiativ ecosystem software who had previously taken a portion of his payments for services in RDINIs.
